要做好 management，先要有認知。例如要好好管理金錢，先要了解自己收入及支出的詳情；要好好管理情緒，先要了解自己有甚麼情緒狀況；要好好管理公司，先要明白公司運作和員工。

時間管理也是一樣... 清楚知道自己的時間去了哪裡，才能夠好好的去管理它。

前一陣子，一個朋友跟我分享他的一個 time log，當中記錄的是他每天在各樣事情上花了多少時間，再根據那些數據，得出了好幾個圖表，以致他了解自己把時間花在那裡，更懂得該怎樣活他的人生。

並沒有誇張的，我們經常以為自己知道 how much we are spending，然而，假如真的坐下在認真的計一計算一算，原本是會有 surprise 的。

至於我的時間呢...

10% - 教會
每星期的指定動作：祈禱會，查經聚會，小組/團契，主日學，崇拜。然後再加上間中有展能，有教會 outing，有 worship practice... 10 - 15% average。

30% - 睡覺
不用解釋吧。

30% - 工作
每星期 24 - 40 小時的 part time，再加上自己生意，見客，送貨，然後還有 IT project，例會... 30 -35% average。

10% - 人
工作或教會以外，跟朋友/女朋友在一起的時間，大概有 10%。

5% - 音樂
真可惜，這年 so far 能夠留給音樂的時間不多。

5% - 吃喝玩樂 + 其他創作
一個人吃飯的時候，通常會有電視陪我，也就是所謂的吃喝玩樂。其他創作，包括 video，photo，文字，blogging。

5% - misc.
開車，等待，上廁所，hea... 用的時間也不少。

5% - 消失的光陰... 散在風裡
總有些時間，是無故消失了的。

10 years of blogging

001-celebrating the-10th

if i could travel back through time, i would go back to 10 years ago and tell the younger version of me that in 10 years, he'd be directing mv, writing novels, arranging basslines, mixing unplugged, designing GUI, publishing songs, editing videos, fine-tuning photos, having the best girl and great friends, serving the Lord, pursuing dreams...

but remember life is never easy, you'd lose jobs, lose friends, even someone you thought you'd be with for the rest of your life, you'd be betrayed, you'd be hurt deeply, you'd feel lonely and helpless and hopeless at times, you'd suffer a great deal financially and mentally, you'd go to places you never imagined going, you'd be in court and in hospital to face tough decisions, your eyes would be full of tears from time to time...

be strong, you shall overcome.

ar yin, don't ever give up hope, and you will be just fine.
